Do you require us to migrate to specific system(s)?

Bookr is system-agnostic. We integrate with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, Blackbaud Financial Edge, and most major nonprofit platforms. We also connect with CRMs like Salesforce and payroll providers like Rippling, Gusto, and ADP.

Who will our primary point of contact be?

Each client is assigned a Client Success Manager, who will be your primary point of contact.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding timelines depend on your organization’s complexity, but we typically have new nonprofit clients fully onboarded within 6–12 weeks.

How much does Bookr cost?
